Provide Target & Meet Expectations

1. The Spec

Following the preliminary analysis of your packaging for quotation purposes, CASNA develops a packaging specification for each of s.k.u’s (item). This document is the heart of our process, providing both CASNA and you a strict target for performance. Example of performance characteristics quantified and determined - OTR, MVTR, Mechanical Dimensional Performance (seal and features), Seal Strength, Graphic (position and color standards) etc. Without an agreed upon specification, measurement is not possible and expectations can rarely be met.

2. Graphic Design Integrity Framework

Near exact colour matching is now possible without time-consuming on-sight press approval. Following the design & artwork development, CASNA provides pre-press file conversion and managed colour engineering (printer audit and press fingerprinting / locked digital file delivery to ensure design and content integrity).

3. Quality & Supply Management

Print, conversion execution, logistics management, brokerage & duty, inventory oversight are all directed by your CASNA Account Manager. Exact quantity materials are delivered to your door on time and within quality specifications. As our central ‘product’, CASNA delivers by managing a complex process – making it look easy.
